Mr. Boyle joined Colliers International in 2015 as part of the Capital Markets group.  Mr. Boyle’s responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting and originating debt and equity opportunities across all asset types, preparing offering documents, and working with clients and capital sources to arrange permanent, construction, bridge, mezzanine and equity funding. Throughout his career, Mr. Boyle has closed over $2.0 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions across all asset types including office, multifamily, hotel, industrial, retail, mixed-use and condominium projects.
