Patrick Berman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1998 as a retail specialist. Since 1985, Mr. Berman has sold and leased over three billion dollars of commercial and residential properties in the U.S. and Canada.

For 13 consecutive years, Patrick received a Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors Pinnacle Award for “Top Five” retail production in Tampa Bay (#1 for seven consecutive years).
