Prior to joining Avison Young, Patrick spent Five years at CB Richard Ellis and 10 years at Colliers International where he was an integral part of a consistent top performer, qualified and adept at investment sales, financing, and land related transactions.

Before joining the commercial real estate industry, Patrick had a successful seven-year career in the National Football League & Canadian Football League. He played quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders and the Cleveland Browns. He has a proven track record as a focused competitor who wins and brings that same level of exceptional performance, work ethic and achievement demonstrated in the NFL to his clients.
