Patrick Arnold joined Newmark's Capital Markets team in 2019 as a managing director out of the company's office in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Arnold is a member of the firm's National Loan Sale Advisory Team where he focuses in secondary debt transactions on a national scale. In this capacity, he advises on both portfolio and single-asset dispositions and valuations of performing, sub- and non-performing loan(s) and REO. Over the past 10+ years, Mr. Arnold has advised the full spectrum of lender types—including debt funds, life insurance companies, servicers, banks and government-affiliated agencies—on the sale and/or valuation of over $50 billion of assets.

Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Arnold worked at HFF on their National Loan Sale Advisory Team. Mr. Arnold also previously worked at Mission Capital Advisors out of their New York City office.

Education

Mr. Arnold attended the University of Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
