Biography
Mr. Arangio is the Vice Chairman of the National Loan & Portfolio Sale Advisors at CBRE and leads CBRE's Loan & Portfolio Sales platform nationally. He is one of the most seasoned sale professionals in the industry, having participated in the advisory and placement of over $28 Billion in sales in the past eighteen years. Mr. Arangio is responsible for the sale and marketing of large real estate portfolios, as well as commercial mortgage loans on the secondary market, and has been the Transaction Manager or Co-Project Manager on over 250 large assignments. Recent experience includes sales of real estate portfolios and all types of loans secured by varying product types throughout North America.
Mr. Arangio oversees all aspects of the sale process including development of prospective sales strategies, capital markets implementation, institutional contact liaison, negotiation and closing with buyers/sellers, portfolio structuring and financing on behalf of sellers with all related ancillary advisory functions.
