Patricia Liston

Patricia Liston joined Darwin Realty in 2021 as a Property Manager. She communicates with tenants, enforces leases, coordinates building maintenance, develops budgets, and reports regularly to management about the state of the assets. In addition, Patricia assists with leasing, lender and investor reporting, financing procurement, and due diligence across Darwin’s investment portfolio. Patricia applies her attention to detail and problem-solving to all facets of day-to-day real estate operations to maximize Darwin’s investment portfolio.
