Bio

Patricia Bonebrake serves as Senior Director of Operations, orchestrating and managing marketing operations, coordinating personnel development and facilitating the Team’s communications with clients. 

Patricia joined CBRE in June1996 as Assistant Vice President-Administrative Manager for the Baltimore office, specializing in office operations and management.  In 1997, Mrs. Bonebrake was recognized as a top manager at the company’s national recognition event and in 1998 nominated for top team management award. 

Mrs. Bonebrake was promoted in 1998 to Northeast Regional Director of Human Resources and Administration, in which capacity she was responsible for managing thirteen offices from Connecticut to Richmond.  In 1999, Mrs. Bonebrake transitioned to the Multifamily Investment Properties Team.

Before joining CBRE, Mrs. Bonebrake specialized in Accounting Placement Management with Pro Staff Personnel Services, in which position she represented such clients as Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins University, ASCO and Treasure Chest.  Mrs. Bonebrake also gained nine years of experience in Human Resource Management with Household International in the Baltimore-Northern Virginia Region.
