Patrice Meagher

Patrice Meagher is an Executive Vice President in the Brokerage Services Group at CBRE's Midtown Manhattan office.  Ms. Meagher's role is to facilitate, manage, and execute both the acquisition and disposition process for real estate owners and tenants.  She specializes and has extensive experience is representing institutional and entrepreneurial owners in structuring lease transactions and developing real estate strategies.  She has completed close to 2.5 million SF of Leasing during her tenure at CBRE.

Prior to joining CBRE, Inc., Ms. Meagher served as Senior Associate at Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA.  Preferred was a private developer, owner and operator of over 10 million SF of office and industrial properties.  Ms. Meagher was the principal leasing agent for numerous projects during her career with Preferred, during which she completed over 80 lease transactions totaling over 1 million SF.  She also managed the company's strategic dispositions of stabilized assets, and personally closed the sales of 4 properties, totaling 2 million SF, with aggregate transaction value of $135 million.

Prior to joining Preferred, Ms. Meagher worked for The Philadelphia Orchestra Association, where she was responsible for fundraising and coordinating special events.
