Pat Wheat Wheat

Pat joined Barshop and Oles in 2014 and is responsible for the leasing of the retail portfolio. Prior to joining the company, Pat worked for Fort Worth based private equity firm Woodcrest Capital where he was responsible for leasing a retail portfolio as well as tenant representation. Pat is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the Real Estate Council of Austin. He currently sits as Co-Chair for the Membership Committee of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation's Stewardship group and is involved with several other Texas-based conservation programs. Pat graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor's of Science. In his free time, he enjoys any outdoor activities including Bow Hunting and fishing the Texas coast.
