Patrick is a senior director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than nine years of experience in real estate and finance. His primary focus is office investment advisory in the midwestern United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $4.6 billion in transactions.

Patrick started at HFF in February 2014. Before that, he was as an associate director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Marcus & Millichap as an associate.
