Bio
Pat is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CEG Capital Partners, and also serves as President and CEO of CEG Advisors and CEG Management. Pat focuses on the sourcing and acquisition of new investment opportunities, leading the company’s brokerage and management platforms and developing and managing investor and client relations.
A commercial real estate professional since 2005, Pat has been involved in the acquisition, stabilization, disposition, management, and leasing of more than $350 million in transaction volume, consisting of 2.5 million square feet, over 100 escrows and 400+ leases.
Pat grew up in Sacramento and has lived in San Diego since 2002, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Finance with an Emphasis in Real Estate from San Diego State University.
