Bio
Pat joined Net Lease Capital in 2014 as a member of the Acquisitions Group. His role encompasses conducting financial analysis, researching, underwriting and sourcing new investment opportunities. Pat has been involved in research and analytics since 2010. He began in the U.S. Air Force, working as an intelligence analyst on an MQ-1 Predator crew with top-secret clearance. Pat majored in Real Estate at American Military University. Married in 2014, he and wife Jesse have two small children, Reuben and Leah. They lead youth groups at their local church, and Pat is also Assistant Director for Christian Outdoor Leadership School, which takes kids ages 11-18 on wilderness adventures in locations ranging from the White Mountains of New Hampshire to the Colorado Rockies.
