Pasquale Guliano

Pasquale Guliano, ESQ is the Managing Director of the Belfonti Companies. Mr. Guliano joined the Belfonti Companies in 2014. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance and management, with more than 15 of those years focused on troubled debt and assets. He started his career at People's Bank managing all residential mortgage and consumer loan work outs, collections, bankruptcies and foreclosures. He moved on to the Clayton Companies, where he helped a mortgage due diligence company start up and grow portfolio management and asset servicing divisions. Most recently, he was an Administrator of Asset Management with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority where he directed asset management on a portfolio of approximately 675 multifamily properties with more than 30,000 units. His responsibilities included troubled debt restructuring, modifications and new lending. He obtained a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a J.D. from the Quinnipiac University Law School.
