Parker Bryant joined Newmark's Capital Markets team in 2021 as an analyst out of the company's office in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a member of the firm's National Loan Sale Advisory Team where he focuses on secondary debt transactions on a national scale. He is responsible for evaluating and underwriting portfolio and stand-alone asset transactions of performing, sub-performing and non performing loans and real estate owned properties for Newmark.

Prior to joining Newmark, Parker was a consultant with RSM US LLP, advising real estate investment firms and financial institutions.

Parker earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida.
