Olivia Bartel Leigh

Olivia Bartel Leigh draws upon a breadth of expertise and real estate industry experience to lead operational services portfolio-wide. Ms. Leigh’s responsibilities encompass a wide variety of disciplines including Operations, Real Estate Tax, Human Resources, Sustainability, Security, and Risk Management. Ms. Leigh leads a team focused on mitigating the full range of physical and economic risk issues for the Company's physical, capital and human assets.

Joining Macerich in 2005, Ms. Leigh was previously the SVP, Property Management (West) and has held risk management and human resources leadership roles at the Company. Having experience in a variety of different disciplines throughout the Company, Ms. Leigh brings a broad perspective to her operational responsibilities.

Ms. Leigh previously held real estate roles at Catellus Development Corporation and Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark Knight Frank). A California native, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
