Oliver Striker

Oliver Striker has over 19 years of experience in real estate credit investment strategies across all risk spectrums of the capital structure. He joined Rialto Capital Management in May 2017 and serves as a Managing Director where he spearheads sourcing and investment initiatives across Rialto’s various discretionary credit vehicles and separate accounts, in addition to a non-traded mortgage REIT with over $8bn of AUM. He previously worked at UBS Investment Bank for 10 years where he was a founding member of the real estate finance business and played key roles in the group’s inception in 2006 and post-recession re-build in 2010. He is a graduate of Cornell University and Columbia Business School.
