Olga Walsh

Olga is a director in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of experience in commercial finance. She specializes in providing comprehensive and creative debt and equity solutions for regional, private and institutional clients, with a focus on the hospitality sector. Olga has an extensive background in the structuring of debt and equity capital for commercial real estate transactions nationally. Throughout her career at HFF, she was involved in more than $2.5 billion in transactions. Her expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of transaction types, including financing for new construction, acquisitions and recapitalizations for all major commercial property types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-housing and hospitality.

Before starting at HFF, Olga was an associate in CIBC's Real Estate Finance group and, prior to that, was a transaction manager at Ten-X (formerly known as Auction.com) in the Commercial Real Estate Group.
