Ms. Brandeis joined George Smith Partners in 2017 as Senior Vice President. Ms. Brandeis has over fifteen years of experience working in CRE financing. She started her career as a Production Analyst working at ARCS Commercial Mortgage (now PNC Bank) in Calabasas, a DUS Agency Lender specializing in Multifamily financing. Her position at ARCS was instrumental in establishing her underwriting knowledge and love for the business. Ms. Brandeis moved onto the Mortgage Brokerage side with a position at Meridian Capital Group in their Los Angeles office. Ms. Brandeis was responsible for overseeing the entire process of placing, negotiating and closing debt for multifamily and commercial loans. During her ten-year tenure at Meridian, Ms. Brandeis successfully closed over $2B+ in financing representing over 400 transactions.
Native to Los Angeles, Ms. Alworth Brandeis received her Bachelor's degree from Cal State University at Northridge in Finance and Real Estate and a MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
