Nolan Tooley joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020 as a full-time commercial investment sales specialist. As part of the Cohen | DeBuiser Team, he excels in building long lasting relationships with his clients and understanding his clients' investment objectives and making them his priority. He utilizes his focused determination, ambitious work ethic and sales skills to achieve his client's goals. Nolan guides and advises his client investors to achieve their goals by developing and executing strategic plans for increasing their returns on their investments. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Nolan's extensive knowledge of the marketplace allows him to be able to develop investment strategies that utilize his strong understanding of the local properties, investors and access to capital.Nolan attended University of California Davis on a football scholarship. He currently resides in Santa Barbara. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Nolan enjoys all that Santa Barbara has to offer. In his free time you can find him dirtbiking, hiking or watching sports.
