Mr. Webb joined ConAm in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing ConAm's Investment/Asset Management Group, which is responsible for providing the strategic direction for apartment units owned by ConAm and its investment partners. The group's responsibilities include property management oversight, monitoring property renovations, negotiating property sales, capital budget management, ensuring compliance with ownership and debt covenants, and investor relations activities. Mr. Webb's responsibilities include preparation of private offering memoranda, financial projections, and partnership or limited liability company agreements for such offerings. Prior to joining ConAm, Mr. Webb held positions in real estate as well as commercial and investment banking including VP, Finance for community developer Newland Real Estate Group. Prior to Newland, he held positions in investment banking at JP Morgan and RSM EquiCo as well as construction and acquisitions positions with a multi-family investor based in northern California. Over the last 20 years he has led or participated in more than $2 billion of equity and debt transactions for projects nationwide. Mr. Webb holds an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.
