Nnamdi Moh

Nnamdi A. Moh serves as Associate of Newmark's Federal Investor Services Group, based in the company's Washington, D.C. office. In this role, he assists the practice group, partnering with Newmark colleagues across the country to negotiate on behalf of owners and investors to attract and retain the General Services Administration and other federal agencies. Additionally, Nnamdi collaborates with Capital Markets professionals to advise on the selling or purchasing of properties with the federal government as the primary or sole occupant.

Nnamdi joins Newmark from CBRE, where he served as a Business Development Associate. In the role, working with CBRE's Office Agency Leasing and GSA Investment Sales Teams. Prior to his career at CBRE and Newmark, Nnamdi served six years in the Navy as an active duty Surface Warfare Officer in Norfolk, Virginia. His assignments included First Lieutenant onboard the USS Jason Dunham (DDG 109), and Operations and Assistant Training Officer onboard the USS George Washington (CVN 73).

Nnamdi graduated from the United States Naval Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and is an MBA Candidate at NYU's Stern School of Business (July 2022).
