Nita Stewart is a First Vice President with the Dallas Multifamily team. Ms. Stewart brings over 23 years of experience to the group, where she specializes in marketing strategy development, transaction execution and sales negotiation. She works in partnership with Jeremy Faltys and Daniel Baker to help lead client engagements on behalf of investors in the multifamily space.

Since joining CBRE in 1999, Ms. Stewart has been involved in the disposition of over $20 billion in multifamily assets. She has experience transacting all asset types including private client sales. Successful execution experience includes portfolio transactions, tax credit sales, loan assumptions, REO assets and traditional multifamily deal structures.
