Nikita Hills (Bernstein) joined Newmark in 2019 in the firm’s New York headquarters and serves as a Director. A member of the Lodging Capital Markets team, Hills has been involved in more than $7 billion of equity and debt transactions in the hospitality space across the United States. Prior to Newmark, Hills served for two years with Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Hospitality - Equity, Debt and Structured Finance team.

Education

Hills is a graduate of Cornell University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Asian Studies. She also completed a double minor in Real Estate and Business through Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration.
