Nicole Stagnaro

Nicole Stagnaro joined Stockbridge in 2018 and oversees Stockbridge’s Opportunistic and Platform transactions. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Ms. Stagnaro served as an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate and a key member of the Senior Housing Partners group, which include a series of closed-end and discretionary commingled funds. Previously, Ms. Stagnaro served as the Chief Investment Underwriter for PGIM, responsible for overseeing the underwriting of all acquisitions in the United States and Latin America; acquisition volume completed during 2015 through 2016 totaling $14 billion across 150 investments. In this role, she developed best practices for PGIM’s global business. Additionally, Ms. Stagnaro served as the Assistant Portfolio Manager for PGIM’s $25 billion flagship core fund, involved in many aspects of the fund’s strategy, including transaction selection, asset management and portfolio reporting. Ms. Stagnaro received a B.A. in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University. Ms. Stagnaro is a member of the Advisory Council for California Polytechnic State University’s College of Business, as well as the Women in Business Association.
