Nicole Goldsmith

Nicole Goldsmith is a Vice President of CBRE specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners. Nicole has established herself as a market expert known for her attention to detail and creative marketing strategies. She has a proven track record of strategically repositioning underperforming assets including Atlantic Station, Salesforce Tower and Bank of America Plaza. Nicole is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of over 4 million square feet of office buildings in the Atlanta area and she has completed more than 2 million rentable square feet of office leasing consisting of over 165 transactions, since 2013.

A Georgia native, Ms. Goldsmith is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Georgia and member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Her previous experience includes time spent at Grubb & Ellis Company where she gained experience in all aspects of a client relationship through researching, reporting and interacting with brokers, clients and prospects.
