Bio

Nicole Brickhouse, Managing Director in the company’s Debt and Structured Finance Group, is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Bethesda office. Ms. Brickhouse is responsible for sourcing equity and debt financing solutions for commercial real estate developers and owners throughout the United States. Bringing over eight years of experience to the company, Ms. Brickhouse has expertise with all asset classes, including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and data centers.

 

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Brickhouse served as a director at HFF, where she sourced, marketed, and closed real estate debt and equity transactions for all property types. In addition to structuring comprehensive deal terms, she delivered market-related and deal-specific expertise to investment advisory teams. Prior to HFF, Ms. Brickhouse held project management roles at Cassidy Turley (d/b/a Cushman & Wakefield). There, she was responsible for business development, as well as managing LEED certifications, mechanical upgrades, and energy audits on more than 5 million square feet and $1 million in project budgets per quarter.

 

Ms. Brickhouse holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies as well as a Bachelor of Arts in political science from American University.

 

Beyond the company, Ms. Brickhouse is a member of several industry associations, including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Real Estate Group, and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), where she is a member of the mPact Advisory Committee. She also served on the board of NAIOP’s Real Estate Emerging Leaders (REEL) program and the advisory board of Washington, DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DC-SEU).
