Biography
Nico began his career in Austin, Texas with Northmarq as an Associate Broker within the NDS division. National Development Services (NDS) is a platform that takes a developer’s approach to land brokerage and sourcing capital. NDS serves as a comprehensive solution for landowners, home builders, and commercial + multifamily developers nationwide. The unique structure provides the ability to add value and create solutions during all phases of the development process and throughout the capital stack.
During his first 10 months with Northmarq, Nico learned essential back-office underwriting, marketing, and transaction management functions. Within this time frame, Nico utilized NDS’ development model to underwrite over $315M of land value and $2.66B of total project costs – while simultaneously assisting in the production of numerous offering memorandums. Once solidifying his skills in the back-office, he converted roles to client-facing brokerage and deal execution. Nico establishes and maintains client relationships while providing a range of services: raw land brokerage, covered land (redevelopment candidate) analysis, structured-capital assistance, and disposition/recapitalization of established projects.
Nico graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance degree from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent and a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin. Nico is an avid golfer and also enjoys hunting, snowboarding, and wakesurfing in his free time.
