Nick Quinn joined CBRE as First Vice President on its retail brokerage team in 2015. Nick has more than 12 years of restaurant and hospitality experience, both on the service and real estate agency side of the business.
Nick works with landlords, developers, as well as local independent, regional, and national chains in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Throughout his career, Nick has had the opportunity to work with some of New York, Chicago and Philadelphia's finest restaurants in an operational, consultative and brokerage role. He spent the past six years as a restaurant-focused commercial real estate agent with InnSite Hospitality Properties, Inc..
