Bio
As Senior Director of Real Estate Development, Nick creates new residential, retail and office development opportunities in Minnesota and throughout the Midwest. He works on site selection, site acquisition, partnership structuring, due diligence, government approvals and project financing and coordinates the construction, design and development work. Nick has been with Opus since 2010. He has developed 5 downtown Minneapolis multifamily properties, totaling more than 1,100 units. Nick received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council; International Council of Shopping Centers; NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association; and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors.
