Bio
As a Managing Director at FD Stonewater, Nick works with the brokerage, development, and research teams to identify and generate new opportunities in the industrial, state government, and municipal government sectors. He joined the firm with over 15 years of experience as a marketing executive and entrepreneur, having founded his own social media and online marketing research business working with top international brands and retailers. Nick supports the firm’s business development efforts by identifying opportunities across business practices through research and data analysis.
Nick earned his B.A. in English and Comparative Literature from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and enjoys running, live music, and coaching his three children’s soccer teams.
