Nick Carkonen has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2007. He is currently a Senior Vice President at CBRE; specializing in landlord representation, tenant advisory services and sales in the Seattle market. Over the past two years Nick completed over 190 lease and sale transactions in the Seattle area, totaling close to 2.1 million square feet and generating more than $500 million in total consideration. Prior to joining CBRE, Nick spent four years in the financial industry, providing account management services to clients and financial advisors. Nick's in-depth market knowledge and financial background give him an edge in his dedication and commitment to ensuring the success of his clients.
