Nichole Fuchigami

Before joining RD Management, Nichole gained more than 17 years of experience managing 26 million square feet of Class A office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use facilities. Her previous employers include SL Green Realty, RXR Realty, Winoker/EVO Realty, Baker Properties, and F. Greek Development. In her former roles, Nichole oversaw and managed all construction projects, including tenant build-outs, elevator modernizations, sidewalk and roof replacements, and compliance to Local Laws 11 and 26. She also developed an electric commodities bulk buying program to ensure company-wide cost savings, and was responsible for working with local townships and municipalities, as well as board members and shareholders, to successfully complete projects. Nichole holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, as well as a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) designation, from the Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI).
