Nicholas Weyant is a Financial Analyst within Avison Young’s Fairfield/Westchester's office.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Nicholas worked as an Analyst with Marshall & Stevens’ Real Estate Valuation Group. Nicholas joined Marshall & Stevens as an intern in 2021 and was then promoted to a full time real estate appraiser. Nicholas’ responsibilities included analyzing regional and local markets, gathering and analyzing assessment, tax and zoning information, performing critical research on comparable properties including land sales, improved property sales, real estate tax comparables, comparable rents and operating expense comparables. Additionally, Nicholas performed cash flow modeling, abstracting leases, reviewing legal documents, reviewing tax exemptions, and assisting with the development of the valuation conclusions put forth in the appraisal reports. Nicholas has experience with the following types of properties: Office, retail, industrial, multi-family, self-storage, and community use facilities.
