Bio
Nicholas Harb is a Director of Capital Markets based out of Nashville, Tennessee. In his role, he specializes in Commercial Real Estate Debt and Equity Placement for the Capital Markets team. Bringing over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Harb was named the number one Small Balance Freddie producer across all Freddie Mac Seller Servicers in 2021.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Harb was a senior vice president at Pinnacle Financial Partners, focusing on nationwide origination for Pinnacle's Freddie Mac multi-family SBL platform. Before Pinnacle, Mr. Harb worked as a director at Wells Fargo Real Estate Capital Markets originating CMBS and bridge loans. Between 2017 and 2022, Mr. Harb financed over $1B of small-balance multi-family loans across the country.
Mr. Harb graduated with his bachelor's in business administration and finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
