Neil Johnson

Through the course of his career, Neil has completed nearly $6 billion in acquisitions and dispositions in over 200 transactions and has been an active investor and manager in Industrial, Office, R&D and Retail assets throughout the United States. Neil has recorded a strong track record of acquiring, operating and disposing of assets, completing over $4 billion in acquisitions in the last 10 years through 55 transactions. Prior to founding Provender Partners, Neil opened and managed the Northern California office for Westcore properties and served as the Vice President, Acquisitions & Development with Legacy Partners Commercial, LLC where he was responsible for sourcing new acquisitions in the Bay Area and Seattle regions with a focus on office and industrial product. Neil also served as Assistant Vice President, Capital Markets Group for AEW Capital Management. He was responsible for West Coast dispositions and financings that included both brokered and direct transactions. In addition, Neil held positions at RREEF Funds and The Koll Company and is a Business Finance graduate of California State University, Fullerton.
