Profile
Ned Franke is an Executive Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield.
Ned has been actively involved in the commercial real estate business since
1987 and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003. His primary focus at Cushman & Wakefield
is representation of clients in site selection and lease and purchase
negotiations, including management of multi-market requirements on a regional,
national and international basis. Given
his extensive experience in the data center and education sectors, Ned is an
active member of C&W's national data center and education practice
groups. Recent projects have included
lease renegotiation and renewal, data center site evaluation and negotiations,
build to suit, market value and position analysis for owner occupied
facilities, campus disposition and sale leaseback.
