Bio
Neal brings an exceptionally diverse real estate background to STORE Capital’s acquisitions team. With experience in construction, development, acquisitions, and management of distressed real estate assets, he previously served as vice president of STORE Capital’s real estate underwriting team where he underwrote over $1 billion in investments.
His career includes extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios, including repositioning, developing, and renting distressed residential and commercial assets. A licensed attorney, Neal’s background in both real estate and law drives his solutions-oriented approach and allows him to creatively evaluate each transaction from multiple viewpoints.
Neal graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate and construction management. He earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He also proudly serves as a member of the Urban Land Institute, an organization that provides leadership in the responsible use of land and the creation of thriving communities worldwide.
