Our Founder and Principal, Mr. Nathan Wubishet, is a Minnesota-born Ethiopian-American with nearly a decade of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance and underwriting. Mr. Wubishet has underwritten over 100 real estate finance transactions totaling nearly $1 billion across all asset types over his professional career. In addition to institutional finance experience, Mr. Wubishet attended and graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2016 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis, and has been a real estate investor in Kansas City since 2018. Mr. Wubishet owned and operated single and multi-family properties in Kansas City, generating total annualized returns of 28% over the life of the investments, demonstrating an ability to identify exemplary investment opportunities and execute on operations and management.
