Nathan Wilder is a Director with Newmark's Central Texas office, where he assists in all aspects of the deal process, with primary responsibilities in valuations, financials analysis, pricing strategies, market research, and due diligence of multifamily assets. During his tenure at the company, Nathan has underwritten, analyzed, and overseen over $40 billion in investment grade multifamily assets in the Austin and San Antonio markets.

Prior to joining Newmark, Nathan worked for a private consulting firm in Austin, TX specializing in forensic financial risk analysis.

Education

Nathan is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a double major in mathematics and economics and with a business minor from the McCombs School of Business.
