Nathan is a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for performing financial and market analysis, preparing offering memorandums, marketing transactions, and facilitating the due diligence process on the sale of shopping centers, unanchored strip centers, and single-tenant net lease properties nationally. Nathan has 8 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in more than 20 different investment sales transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2024, Nathan worked as a Senior Investment Analyst for High Street Logistics Properties and IDI Logistics where he focused on property acquisition, disposition, development and asset management of institutional grade industrial

assets.
