Mr. Raider began his career with Fedder in 2003 and has overseen the company’s commercial developments, redevelopments and acquisitions and their financing and refinancing for more than 13 years, including award-winning One Mile West. He has previous experience as a property manager for WinnCompanies based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Mr. Raider earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed real estate broker.

The company’s portfolio includes more than 1.8 million square feet of Maryland commercial real estate such as regional and neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings and industrial complexes.
