Prior to Skoa, Nathan was VP of Corporate Development at Amenify, where he built strategic partnerships with leading wellness and lifestyle brands to enhance tenant access to wellness-focused services. He also founded Jett Ventures, offering strategic advisory services to top real estate CEOs and executives. At Boardwalk REIT, Nathan co-led the strategic repositioning of a 32,000-unit portfolio deploying over $500M, developed the company-wide asset management program, and developed the corporate venture capital initiative that positioned Boardwalk at the forefront of multifamily housing technology. As Head of Investments for a UHNW family office, Nathan led the management of a diversified institutional-grade portfolio with assets across real estate, energy, and technology. His extensive experience overseeing substantial, cross-industry investments underscores the strategic insight and disciplined oversight he brings to every project. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). His dedication to wellness is both professional and personal, having completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali as part of his own journey.
