Bio
Mr. Nathan Lynch has over twelve (12) years of experience in the mortgage banking and REO special services industry. He has been with CBRE Capital Markets – Debt & Equity Finance for over 10 years. Mr. Lynch specializes in office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties. In addition to debt and equity origination, Nathan helps service a portfolio of over 200 loans representing in excess of $1 Billion in correspondent serviced loans.
Mr. Lynch began his career with Hatfield Philips. His role was working with Lehman Brothers REO and special servicing portfolios. He holds a Mortgage Brokers License and Sales Associate license for the state of Florida.
In the course of his career, Mr. Lynch has assisted in the placement of loans totaling in excess of $1 Billion.
