Bio
Nathan Grider is Chief Investment Officer at Knightvest. Nathan oversees Knightvest’s acquisitions efforts in conjunction with the regional Market Leaders. Nathan joined Knightvest in 2012 as the VP of Asset Management and he continues to apply the perspective gained in that role when assessing new acquisition opportunities. Nathan began his career in the Real Estate Consulting practice at Avail Consulting (now part of Deloitte), where he created customized valuation solutions for clients including Exxon, Chevron, Omni Hotels and SCI. Nathan later worked for The Apartment Group and MG Herring Group before joining Knightvest. Nathan holds a B.B.A. and M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University. He also served as the Graduate Assistant/Instructor for the Reliant Energy Trading Center within the Mays Business School.
