Nathan Cayre has an extensive background in Real Estate management. His expertise lies in data management, software, logistics, and cutting edge technology. He has managed various aspects of the Cayre portfolio including multiple real-estate developments in the New York City area, and the growth of The TI Storage company. Along with Cayre Equities, Cayre has partnered with Jenel Management Corp. to develop an impressive portfolio of prime tenants such as Barney’s New York, Montclair, Hermes, and many more luxury brands. His involvement in Cayre Equities has resulted in the development of a premier retail space in the Herald Square area of New York.
He currently manages over 50 retail properties in the New York City area as well as the financial equities and non real estate investments for Cayre Equities.
