Nate Podratz

Nate leads regional development in Minnesota and U.S. capital markets, which involves capital raising (equity/debt), sourcing joint venture relationships, co-development partnerships and separate account vehicles for major, national urban in-fill developments. Key responsibilities also include leading the development group in strategic initiatives, business development, investment committee, asset management and dispositions.

Nate earned his BBA in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
