Bio

As a key member of Advisory & Transaction Services – Occupier Practice Group, Nate provides in-depth knowledge and a wide range of expertise in strategic CRE advisory services and successful corporate real estate solutions to tenants with single locations and multi-market portfolios. For 16 years, Nate has represented Fortune 500 and regional based leaders—many of areas largest occupiers of Office and R&D space. Nate has completed over 600 real estate lease transactions totaling more than 6 million square feet during his tenure with CBRE.

Prior to CBRE, Nate was a key member of Panasonic’s global ACOM division to develop and maintain new product delivery, corporate relationships, sales, and key manufacturing domestically and internationally for electronic components, with an emphasis in the telecom/wireless communications and broadcasting industries. Nate’s challenges and experiences included navigating through one of the largest global electronic component shortages in three decades.
