Bio
Nate serves as Development Director at Cambridge Properties where he is responsible for execution of both retail and residential development projects, including deal sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, entitlements, consultant management, delivery, and asset disposition. Nate began his time at Cambridge in 2018 as a Development Associate after previously managing site acquisitions in the Carolinas for Lidl US, an international grocery retailer.
Nate holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Sewanee: The University of the South.
