Natalie J. Castillo is a First Vice President with CBRE Hotels in Florida specializing in investment sales of hotels in Florida and throughout the southeastern U.S. Ms. Castillo has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality real estate and hotel asset management industry. Mrs. Castillo's broad background includes experience in hotel operations, development, and advisory. She understands the needs of her clients and complexities of all lodging property types including limited-service, select-service, condo-hotel, boutique and sites for hotel development. Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. Castillo was Vice President with The Charre Group. Past clients include local and regional owners/developers, as well as, groups such as The Blackstone Group, Highgate, and Marriott. Ms. Castillo is also fluent in Spanish.
