Bio

Natale is a Director of CBRE in the Debt & Equity Finance group within the EMEA region.  Natale's key skills are orientated towards the commerical real estate lending and investment markets. In CBRE New York City, Natale has collaborated with the Global Corporate Services, Brokerage and Melody groups. Natale was active on originating a number of high profile projects: including a $100 Million acquisition financing for a Spanish investor and several tenant representations of large Italian companies.

In CBRE Madrid, Natale focused his work on Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory services. He executed the corporate valuation of the largest Spanish public toll-road company. Natale has been involved in €50 Million take-over of a Portuguese construction company by a Spanish developer.In CBRE London, Natale worked in the Sale & Leaseback team of GCS. During this experience Natale was involved in a series of high profile projects including a complex Pan-European sale & leaseback scheme.

Prior joining CBRE, Natale was a Senior Portfolio Analyst with Whitehall/Goldman Sachs in Rome where he was managing two securitized NPLs portfolios worth 3 billion Euro. His investment banking experience includes: Citigroup Italy, Natale was a Financial Analyst with the Debt Capital Market division where he was involved in the issue of 1.5 billion Euro fixed-rate bond for ENEL. He also advised major Italian companies as ENI, Edison, Telecom Italia and Pirelli.

At EnelPower, Natale was working with the Project Finance group where he was involved in a project-financing loan of 150 million Euro for the construction and operation of a 1,095 km High Voltage interconnection power line in Brazil of a total cost of 230 million Euro.
